Can someone please tell me why my children don't sleep???
They are awake now like it is the middle of the day. They have been up since midnight. I haven't slept at all yet. I can't keep going like this.

this may sound silly but have you tried walking with them outside for a long period of time?
It works with my ds. whenever we haev him out side, he sleeps great!

Lauren ! I just posted the same exact thing without even seeing yours  ...Maybe its a 4 month thing ?
My DS was a terrible sleeper pretty much from the get-go, maybe thats why I never noticed as much with him  !
ETA- see that- I can't even type I'm so tired (editing for spelling !)
