Any hints on using the CBeFM? If I got AF today...do I start today?
I finally got AF and want to try using the CBeFM. Do I pee on the stick today? Does it have the be the same time everyday? If that is the case can I wait until tomorrow? HelpPPp!

You have to set the monitor on CD1 and turn it on each morning to set the CD. It will indicate what day to start using the sticks. I turn it on each morning when I wake up to see when and if I have to use FMU.
