Does your baby sitter clean up before you get home?

Not the house, but the toys DC was playing with with them? For example: I called about a half hour before I got home today to tell my baby sitter that I'd be home in a little while (I always do this), and when I got home, the living room was trashed with toys, to the point that I was a bit dumbfounded by it. This is now the third week in a row its happened. She just takes her money and leaves, doesn't make even a slight effort to get Ava to clean up. Should I just tell her that Ava needs to put away one toy before taking out another? I feel like this is such a recent issue, I don't know why it's happening now?

Yikes....I know that when I babysat and was a nanny, that house was spotless before anyone came home.

I think your idea is a good one.

Our babysitter cleans up the toys (or has Ryan do it, not sure) every time she comes.
