OPK question
I have tried with OPK's for a few months. I have used a few different brands with lines and smileys and I never get a reading. I limit my fluid intake, hold my urine for 3-4 hours and test at the same time each day. I get nothing and I have had two sets of bloodwork done and they confirmed my hormones levels are fine, I am ovulating and I even had a sono done and was told I have very active ovaries. Just wondering if anyone else has trouble getting a reading with OPK's

Re: OPK question
Yes! I gave up on them. Are your cycles regular? Have you been tracking them so you can just estimate around when you would O?
Mine are irregular so I invested in the CBEFM but I have no idea if it will work for me since it is our first month and I have yet to get a high fertility day or a peak day.

Luckily, my cycles are regular so I can track it that way. Every month I think this may be the month it works and it just turns out to be a waste of $. So no more for me. I will just use a good 'ol calendar

Re: OPK question
This is my first month using OPKs... and I don't know if they are good to use or if they just stress me out even more. I have the ones with the pink lines, and when I use it, the control line comes up fine, but in the test window - NOTHING! I thought that it was supposed to be light pink and then gradually day by day get darker until O??? I just don't understand why I don't even see the slightest hint of a line at all. ever. ugh!!! i hate these things already! I wonder if I have been ovulating at all these few months now!!

I had always thought that OPK's were pretty acurate, but now this makes me wonder...
