you may want to check out the hospital gift shop (of all places) to see if they have the pump you may want to buy. I'm delivering at St. Charles and will be renting a pump before I buy (just to make sure I can produce enough milk). When I spoke to their lactation consultant, she let me know they sell the Medela pump I would want for about $50 less than BRU or BBB.
