next steps???
so...we were granted temporary custody of SS... the court is giving her 10 days to respond...then what?? for those of you who went through the custody battle...how long till we get full custody and what would we need to do from this point forward??? tia

thank you!!! he starts little league this weekend and will start school in ny on monday...i'm just scared that we're getting our hopes up and that they'll return hiim to her in the end

No advice other than to speak to your lawyer about it. Congrats on the temp custody!!!

thank you everyone! we're very excited and the lawyer said we have to wait for her response. i just hope we get full custody. i don't want to get my hopes up, but at the same time i'm scared that this will all backfire somehow.
