So Update on my induction
Well as I posted earlier I went to hosp to be induced on Sunday night- the did a round of cervidil at about 9 pm and nothing much happened by Monday am sooooo the did another round.......and by last night I only had little progress. So the started the Pictosin last night and I did experience more stronger contractions and more frequently--- but OMG the pain!!!! So the gave me a drug that basically knocked me out so I was able to sleep through those contractions....but yeah still no progress early into tues morn. Then woke up at about 6 am with lost of contractions but only dilated to 3 cm......then the water broke! and OOOOH the pressure and pain so I was given an epi which helped a great deal. Now here come the problems.....so apparently every time I had a contraction the baby's heart beat would drop below range and they were concerned....tried the Pictosin again and still same thing happened w contractions.... So now I was going for C section- All went well after that point and I am pleased to announce the birth of my beautiful son born 6lbs 14.9 oz and 20 in. at 1216 on 4/7
he is sooooo amazing I can't stop staring at him LOL
