Dear Dunkin Donuts Drive Thru Guy,
Now I understand that working the early shift at the drive thru window is probably not your ideal job, but seriously...
I come to your drive thru everyday at the same time and order the same exact thing everyday. When someone says no sugar, it means exactly that...NO SUGAR.
Your job is not that difficult! Get it together buddy! I'm so not cool with the super sugar loaded coffee you have given me for 3 days in a row! I'm this close to coming in there are kicking you a$$!

my mother orders her coffee from DD BLACK NO SUGAR...b/c she puts her stuff in at home.
i cant tell you how hard of a time they have with this...they're trained to load coffee up or something so when someone asks for black..its like  what do i do???

OMG I can totally relate! I get mega annoyed when I ask for very, very light with cream and after a couple of strange looks and sometimes inappropriate comments they serve me a regular coffee
This is one of the reasons I've been using my Keurig more often  .
