I need a recommendation.

DH husband lost his best friend 4 years ago and he took it really hard. He got through it and has really turned his life around. This past December DH lost his dad suddenly and unexpectedly. His dad was more like his best friend to him as he got older. They did a lot together and always hung out. His dad was an awesome guy that everyone loved. DH has been doing ok. I think he was in denial and he thought he needed to be strong for his mom but now I think it is getting to him. He hasn't gone back to the way he was when his friend died but when he talks about his dads death he is bringing up his friend again as well. He had a difficult time last night for the first time and cried for a long time. I think it was great that he finally let it out but we talked for awhile and we both agreed that maybe he should talk to someone. I always knew that once his dad died he would be a wreck just because of the relationship they have had. Like I said he has done well but we think he should talk to someone since he is starting to have a hard time with his dads death and now his friends death is coming back to him. If anyone has a recommendation of psychologist or therapist I would really appreciate it. He would be more comfortable talking to a female. I don't even know where to start because I have had some bad experiences with psychologists and want someone that will help him. I think that it is great he is taking this step and he realizes to fix it before it gets bad. Sorry this is so long I just don't know where to even start. TIA
