Holy Acid Reflux
My throat is on FIRE. I am in so much pain, this is the first time ever. I took a pepcid, but it still hasnt kicked in. I really want to cry. I feel like a fire breathing dragon....

Watch what you eat, I have to stay away from acidic/spicy foods, and it really sucks!!! But if not I suffer horribly. Had it with DS(#1) and now with expecting DD(#2)

I am on the most blandest diet ever normally..i never eat spicy foods to begin with b/c i have a sensitive tummy.
but the past 2 weeks EVERYTHING repeats on me. Even water makes me burp and sits in my throat.
It doesnt really burn, but god its so uncomfortable. Dr. said pepcid was ok and its helping a little. I've tried tums and mylanta to no avail 
I feel your pain..its soooo gross. i dont want to eat anything!

I feel your pain! I carry Tums with me in my bag! I even sometimes feel the heartburn in my ears! It's so weird...

Try eating some Tums BEFORE you eat..I found that that helped considerably.
