Oh I also read once that if you put vicks vapor rub on you feet then put socks on it clears your chest. I know it sounds strange but my father did it and he said it worked.
thats so strange!!! I am going to do it now. ill let u know  eta: all over your feet or on the bottom or top?

They are called Vicks shower soothers. You throw them in the shower while you are bathing and they send menthol vapors into their air clearing your congestion. I have not tried them, but i am HUGE Vicks vapor rub fan so i bet these are great.
It is worth a try. It will help clear your lungs.
i swear by vapor rub and I also have the liquid for a vaporizor (the little girl in me won't give up a vaporizer)
I am so sore today-I started swimming as per doctor's orders and damn am I sore! We are going to take a romantic walk tonight-everything is starting to bloom here and it smells so pretty!
I am an avid swimmer! I love it. I can swim forever. I have not swam since my accident, but I can't wait to get back into it. It really is the best exercise.
Everything is starting to bloom here but it is so cold today. I thought the south was suppose to be warm.
Oh, that stinks!
When did you have an accident? I am so sorry. What is affected by your accident? I had a car accident and got another herniated disc.
It was in August. I am STILL in physical therapy for it. It really screwed up my back and neck. And because of my neck it messed with my arm horribly. That has gotten so much better, now the pain moved to mostly just my shoulder, which still stinks, but is actually a great sign.
As for my back, it messed my lower back up, which in turn did damage to my nerve and I have problems with my leg and right butt cheek This is actually what all the doctors are worried about. I am so tired of being poked at, but I know you totally understand that.
I can't complain too much. Even though my back will probably never be the same, i am so thankful everyone involved walked away from the accident alive. Really the whole thing made me more thankful.

Just the sole of your foot. Not all over. But be liberal with the amount.
