do you use mobile to put DC to sleep?
I feel like it amuses her rather then make her go to bed. But she was just crying for an extended period of time while trying to put her down for a nap...the only thing that stops her is the mobile. Its just she gets wide eyed when looking at it.
Do you think it will work to go to bed wiht?

I never used a mobile with dd.. we used the fisher price aquarium.

DD is 16 months and I ALWAYS put her mobile on for her to fall asleep to, I think it helps her to realize it's nap/bedtime and to unwind

I never used it to put her to sleep I use it more for entertainment. She loves to look at it.

DS is mesmerized by the mobile. It is only for entertainment purposes. We put on a Baby Einstein/classical cd for him to fall asleep with.

I use it for him to fall asleep. However it only last a couple minutes. I am probably going to go get another one or one of those soothers that last longer.

We use the mobile for entertainment only. When putting her to sleep we use the fisher price aquarium.

The one that she has projects stars and moons onto the ceiling. I use it more for a nightlight per say.... I put on a lullaby CD on the radio on a sleep timer, and she falls asleep listening to that.
