When we were TTC with DS i got pregnant the first month I idd OPKs and found that I got my surge on day 18. This time around I've been using OPKs since October and have been getting surges more around day 10-11. She seems to think that I may actually be Oing before I even get that surge, which would put me ovulating at maybe day 8-9, possibly even earlier. But like I said, I've been getting AF every 28-29 days, so I may just have an incredibly long LP. she also said I should probably stop using OPKs because they can drive me crazy and give a false sensoe of security. I just odn't know what to do anymore. This is so frustrating.

I just wonder how you would get a surge on CD10 if you're O'ing beforehand. When do you start the OPKs?

Also, if she is very worried about when you ovulate, perhaps next month she can confirm O with a sonogram and bloodwork.

At first I was starting at day 10 and getting it soon after, so I started on day 10 so I wouldn't miss it and I've been getting a positive usually the first day. I think I may skip OPKs this month and just have sex every other day strating at day 5.
