isnt it a great feeling to leave a dr's office with a plan in place. I cannot tell you what it did for my mental state this week.

firstly.. thank you everyone for the love and support through this difficult time.. 
so tomorrow (sat) i have my 1st RE consult for recurrent miscarriage... i just that it goes well and we will get some testing done! i am really nervous about it.. 
i will definitely update you when i get back!! hopefully with a gameplan!
*** UPDATE****
Dr. Braverman was AWESOME!! i loved him from the moment we walked in his office
we chatted about the Mets for a bit too!! 
ok well .. basically we went over EVERYTHING ...
he does believe i have Incompetent Cervix.. and will have a specialist do a cerclage next pregnancy..
and he wants to do the whole recurrent MC work up.. immune testing.. and something else.. i was so estatic !!
i have to get a hysteroscopy.. (no clue)
basically if EVERY test comes back normal.. the 2 miscarriages are unrelated and he will do the cerclage at 12 weeks.. possibly earlier..
so i left the office feeling like a million bucks yesterday... what a great day!!
Great update De! First of all, he is a Mets fan, which means he knows something!
My mother had a hysteroscopy-it is where they take pictures of the inside of your uterus-actual photographs.
I am so happy you got some answers!

Good luck to you! Dr. Braverman used to be my OB before he totally switched to fertility. He delivered my DS shortly before he left the practice. I love him! I think he is a wonderful dr who took great care of me during a bad pregnancy, you are in good hands!

I'm soooo glad you finally got some answers. A girlfriend of mine has incompetent cervix and had to have cerclage with both of her pregnancies. FM me if you any questions.
