Here is some info
Eden was poisoning Julia. When Julia found out it was Eden and confronted her on it, Eden shot Julia, giving her amnesia of some sort.
Christian and Gina were having sex on the balcony and she leaned too far backward and fell waaaaay down. KERSPLAT Gina is NO MORE!
Christian finds out that he has a long lost daughter from a fling on spring break. He introduces her to Matt before he knows she's his daughter (she comes in for a consult at first). Matt and the "new daughter" proceed to get freaky. They then find out they are brother and sister when confronted by Christian and the girl's mother. Whether they are still together or not remains to be seen.
Colleen came back and stabbed Sean in the OR as he was getting ready to perform surgery on his daughter. We're left hanging as to see if Sean is still alive or not.

Wow, I forgot about almost all of this! I only remembered the stabbing part.

I thought it was a great episode. So glad they dropped the brother sister love affair. I was really getting turned off last year.
