Prenatal Pills...... I'm not a horse!
these pills are HUMUNGOUS!
i already have a REALLY hard time taking just tiny pills let alone these.
any tricks?
even when i broke it up i threw back up twice.

Get the chewables. I cannot swallow pills at all b/c I have huge tonsils (gross I know). If you cannot find chewable pre-nats, then get 800m of Folic acid and take with regular vitamins until you can get a script from your OB.

I take the Target ones, and I supplement the Omega 3 (I use Nordic Naturals "Burst of Lemon")-- among other things that I personally need to take.
The Target ones are not big-- and you only need one a day.

oh see i went to the Vitamin Shoppe and asked the guy for chewables and he made fun of me!!!

good to know, ill somehow torture myself with these until i can get to target.

Nope, I took them in the beginning (the gummies) with a sublingual Folic supplement. I could not hack anything else with the wicked-bad m/s I had.

my sister in law took a powder type that gets mixed into a drink....not too sure what the band was called but u can always ask your OB

Mine are huge also. I started taking them with a banana so it would slide right down. Once I got used to taking them that way, I was able to take them with just water.
