Sharp Pain while walking
I'm 20 weeks and just the last two days when I'm walking for a while I'll have a sharp pain feeling and just have to slow down and take it easy. Yesterday was the first time it happened walking at the mall and today at lunch walking around the parking lot I got the same thing.
Is this normal? Is there something I can do?

Yep normal.. feels like a knife going into you right? I hate the ones that feel like they are shooting up your vaj vaj.. ouch.
I just rest a bit and drink water and it passes.

Oh youll see.. thats the pelvis spreading.. fun fun.. thank goodness it only happend a handful of times.

I am 23 weeks and had this last week after being on my feet for too long. It went away after I laid down for a while. These pains are normals as long as they come and go.
