Question re: Bottle/Breast Elimination
When transitioning DC to a cup, did you eliminate the bottles or breast feeding little by little or have DC go cold turkey? I'm trying to figure our which would be best.
He seems to take any sort of food changes better in small doses, so I'm guessing little by little is best, but I wasn't sure if people have found it harder that way overall.

Re: Question re: Bottle/Breast Elimination
I think it depends on the kid and that there is no stock answer for this one. I know Christopher hated bottles, so at 11.5 months I just got rid of them and gave him cold milk in a cup and he likes it.

Re: Question re: Bottle/Breast Elimination
Well, I can't say he seems overly attached to his bottles, but it took him awhile to get used to his cups (he uses them now for juice and water).
Okay, it sounds as if I should do this little by little since as I said, any big change in his feeding throws him for a loop initially.
