Pain in right side... severe

I went to the city tonight, did some walking.. went to dinner and then the ranger game.. and while I was at the game, I felt severe pain in my lower right abdomen.. it come and go.. in almost like a radiating way.. i dont really have any other symptoms.. other than.. and this might be tmi.. my pee smells kinda weird.. and i always have to go, but not much comes out.. could I have a uti? or could it just be stretching pains? Should I call the dr emergency number or just wait for monday?

I know this is TMI but have do had a BM recently? I was in the ER several times because I was so backed up that it caused EXTREME pain...

Sounds like it could be a UTI. Does it burn at all. I would call the emergency number if the pain doesn't stop. UTI's can get serious.

The pain could be round ligament pain, totally normal. Or it could be gas if it's that low.

You could have a UTI. Drink lots of water and cranberry juice till monday then call your doc. They'll have you leave a urine sample and if it is a UTI they'll give you antibiotics. UTIs are VERY common during pregnancy. I had them.

Thanks girls.. ive had round ligament pain, and it feels nothing like this.. but today it is better.. im doing the cranberry and water route.. hope it gets better.. now my lower back, near my kidneys hurt... I would die if this is a kidney infection...

i tihnk you need to get to the dcotor ASAP if you think it's a UTI... you don't want to damage your kidneys or anything like that, especially while pregnant.

sounds like it could be a UTI infection I used to get those all the time

Be very careful..if the pain gets worse and you feel like you cannot get into a comfortable position..it could be kidney stones. I had this in September - I am really hoping it's not - but for me, it was on one side (the right), the pain radiated and got worse and then I couldn't get comfortable. I hope you don't have it though

Ok.. called the DR.. he said the pain is most likely from being on my feet for so long.. and walking in the city all night, and the (TMI ALERT) urine smell is just because I am not getting enough water.. he said that he would worry if I was running a fever or had any burning sensation, etc. So, I guess I am just an over-worrier!!!! He also said, stop reading the internet and trying to give myself a self diagnosis.. haha.. DH says that ALL THE TIME!!!
