My parents right away, DH's parents after we saw the HB. Everyone else around 14 weeks.

Both pregnancies I told right away.. Too excitted to keep in.
but this pregnancy I did wait 2 days b/c fathers day was that sunday and I got BFP on a friday.. so kept to myself for those 2 days.. and it was torture.

last time told everyone right away...
this time we told family right away and some select friends, but we're keeping it from our colleagues at work until the 12 week point.
BUT i keep on telling the news to random people because i can't hold it in!!

We've only told my mother.
We plan on telling DH's family at Christmas (I'll be 9w 3d).
I'm dying to tell friends but it's complicated.
