can we drink those crystal lite powered drinks?
i wasnt sure...so paranoid about everything!  my water is so plain! i need taste!!!!

I don't drink anything with artificial sweetners. Instead I add some fruit juice to water or seltzer. HTH!

I drink them -- my doctor didn't rule them out. Your doc may have his/her own list of DO's/DON'T's......Mine is pretty lenient after the first trimester...

I have been drinking crystal lite ice tea my whole pregrancy. My OB said that it was fine.

You need to relax, and not be so paranoid. I drink it, i believe everything in moderation.
troo....thanks...i dont know if it helps but i jsut bought snapple and mixed it with water...i know i'm thristy...you know when you can gulp like a whole glass....but lately when i drink like that i get so sick....my ms becomes just saliva....like nauseous!......sorry TMI.....so i try to sip....

thanks ok. but just make sure that your ice tea is decaf. And they do sell, crystal lite decaf ice tea. You should limit your caffiience to 30mg per day i belive.
