Can you use vicks
while pregnant, i have been rubbing some under my nose at night to help me breath, but never realized maybe im not allowed to?

I have used it at night throughout all 3 of my pregnancies. Dr. said it was fine.

I used it during my 1st when I had a bad cold - my doctor ok'd it.

You might want to also try saline spray and a humidifier. I use them every day and it helps.
