my back is killing me!
I feel like someone took a sledgehammer to my back and went to town!
I have had back pain my entire pregnancy, which I find strange because I am carrying so small-- but man o man, I hurt!!
I need constant massages and heat just to deal. Ouchie.

Try getting a maternity belt. It really helped me with the back pain! They are about $20.00 at Motherhood and velcro under your tummy.

i agree
since coming off bed rest and going back to work i bought one at BRU - it was about 25 bucks; looks a little like a crazy contraption but it DOES help

Me too!! I have had this pinched nerve in my lower back since I got pregnant. Can you put a heating pad on it? I haven't been doing it because I wasn't sure...

mine is killing me too. I'm 28 weeks but have a 24lb 15mo who wants to be carried around all day

Same with me, but DD is almost 26 months and I am almost 33 weeks. I have found that heat, baths (not too hot), tylenol, massage and sitting on the balance ball really help. Somehow sitting on the ball really stretches my lower back where the pain is and I get some relief for a little while.
