Major Sleeping Vent.. and question

I have been working myself in to the ground this week, at work, after work with tutoring, or chaperoning sports or the middle school dances.. and saturday I had class I had to get up for at 7:30, then a baby shower, and then a wedding... I was so looking forward to sleeping late today.. and I HAVE BEEN UP SINCE 5 AM!!! With this tremendous pain in my back up by my ribs on one side... I cannot get comfortable, yet I am so tired.. I have no idea what to do... Any suggestions?

If I were you, I would just rest with your feet up and give yourself one day of relaxation. I understand what you're going through. Last week was hectic for me and I was exhausted mentally. Try not to put pressure on yourself to actually fall asleep. I hope you feel better soon.

same problem here...we did ALOT yesterday...had lunch with the IL's ran a ton of errands...finally SCHEDULED our wedding <3<3 and then dinner...i got home..sat on the couch and passed out!! slept for 2 hrs and then from about 12:30 until 4:45 am i sat up and oculdnt sleep! the babies arre moving around ALOT recently and its so amazing to feel ..but.......come on boys let momma sleep!!! i try to drink a small amount of hot tea.i know it sounds dumb but always puts me to sleep easier!

This happened to me last Friday. I had such a busy week, then hosted Thanksgiving that came Friday all I planned to do was RELAX!
I layed on the couch with my blanket all friggin day and watched tv. Dosed in and out. But at least I was off my feet and totally relaxed. It really helped!!

I have terrible insomnia...the only place i can fall asleep is on my couch! i wake up with a million aches and pains...

i have resigned myself to taking a bunch of little naps here and there to make up for my unbearable fatigue.
