I listed my house in the Real Estate Section here

We are going to list with the realtor in January, because he convinced DH that we don't want it to show as being listed in 08 when it would only have been listed for a few weeks in 08. OY! But I figured it wouldn't hurt to post here now.
We are heading down to NC, thus why we are moving! 
ETA: We are only a few minutes from the LIE.

OMG we looked at that house two years ago....we wanted it soo bad but the people buying our condo were jerking us around and we lost it!!! It is beautful!!!

We got it from Welcome Home (as you can see we are really into the nautical/beach look). Unfortunately, they have since gone out of business. I am not sure where you live, but there is a little store in Port Jeff that has all nautical stuff. The owner is super nice. If she didn't have one in, I am sure she could get one for you.

OMG small world! The realtor told us someone else was interested, but I honestly thought she was just trying to light a fire under our butt!  I really do love my house a freakish amount, but unfortunately I can't transport it to NC. Cause I might otherwise

We looked in Cary, it was so nice! Lots of great shopping. We are moving out near the coast (New Bern).
