insomnia
anyone else suffering? i am forcing myself to stay awake after a sleepless night...i hope i can fall asleep tonight...at 37 weeks, i need my zzzzzs.

YESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSsssssssss - since maybe week 6 - i have had major issues sleeping.
I'll be exhausted, but unable to sleep. During the day - i could pass out any second, but get into bed and it's impossible.... The only time i'll sleep through the night is if i take a benadryl (i try to do that once every 2 weeks or so).
I'm noticing that i'm STARTING to sleep a little better now at 12w3d...i have been sleeping later - but waking up MORE...so it's not a restful sleep...

yup!!
i start week 36 tomorrow AND go back to work after 3 weeks of bed rest
i dont know how i will function!!
the last 2 nights i slept from 630am-1030am

i feel like the 1st trimester was the last time i got any good sleep....besides naps, which are no problem for me...but they just contribute to the problem...

i didn't sleep at ALL during the 1st trimester - i'm hopeful now that starting the second will bring me some DECENT sleep!

I'm 37 weeks too, and I get up every two hours like clockwork to go to the bathroom, and usually around my 3AM bathroom run, I can't fall back asleep until 5 and then sleep until 7

I can fall asleep at the drop of a hat during the day and I can fall asleep at night. In the morning though, I can NOT sleep past 7:50-8:00 am no matter how tired I am. It is SO annoying.

I can fall asleep with no problem, but then once I get up to use the bathroom thats it!! I stare at the clock!!!
I am sooooo sleepy these days!!

Been up since around 3:30 myself. But I fell asleep around 8:30 last night so at least I managed to get SOME zzzzzzz's..........

I have been having issues sleeping. I keep waking up, and twisting and turning. I hate it because during the day my eyes are so heavy that all I want to do is sleep. I hope it gets better!

Yeah, since hitting the late 2nd tri now into my 3rd, it's just too uncomfortable and my mind just doesn't let me sleep. THe best sleep I had I think was my late 1st into my 2nd. Then it just got worse, now my sleep is nonexistent. You know what they say....it's all in preparation for our sleepless nights ahead.

sleep....whats that?!?!? havent slept "normally" at all this pregnancy..at 23 wks still waking up probably every 4 hours...guess my body is getting me ready for when  's come!.....its so annoying bc im exhaustd when i wake up from not sleeping....i am tired and dragging all day ( i am home and on bedrest) so i try not to nap bc i think i wont sleep at nite...i get myself exhausted..we go uup to bed..and nothing!!!!!!!rob is asleep in about 10 min and im wide awake watching Roseanne!!!!!!....we should have a late nite club!
