1st Ultrasound!
And... we saw the yolk sac! Yes, ladies, just one, though my RE said I'm still VERY early (5w1d) so there is a possibliity it still may be twins and won't show up until the next ultrasound at 6w5d.
She said it looks great, is a good size, and my beta levels are still rising nicely 
Now, how will I get through the next 10 days until my next ultrasound????

Ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhh.... cool! Because at the end of the appointment my RE kept looking at the #'s saying it MUST be twins, or I have a super phenonemal placenta 
Well, in 10 days we'll find out!

That is such wonderful news!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The wait between appointments is something i have always struggled with. The joy carrys over for a few days and then you start the countdown to the next appointment...and then you get nervous.
I wish there was something i could say to make it better - but be thankful that you are with an RE and will get to see the baby SO MUCH in the beginning...many women don't have that...
I have more photos already than my best friend had in her ENTIRE PREGNANCY... (i was with an RE as well)
