So, I decided...
There is simply nothing I can do to prevent an m/c, and worrying about it ad nauseum isn't going to do any good. And, considering this may very well be my last pregnancy, I don't want to waste even a moment worrying, and instead, I want to cherish every single moment.
So, that's it, Ms. Worrywart is exiting the room, and I am allowing myself to feel some excitement

I  having an internet stalker! I've said it before and I'll say it again, at least you are a whole hell of a lot nicer and more attractive than my last stalker!  But don't get too excited yet! My RE said that it may be too early to determine if it's twins. It may still only look like one yolk sac. Next week's ultrasound will be more determinative

So happy you are trying to relax. My biggest regret about my last pregnancy was I spent the entire time in panic (at any juncture I could tell you exactly what could go wrong).
The older I get, the more I realize that you just have to try to relax and enjoy the moment. I hope you find the peace that eluded me.
