How many Strollers?
I'm sure this was asked a million times but how many strollers are you registering for?

With dd I have:
-snap and go (for when infant)
-travel stroller (works best on walks)
-umbrella stroller (mall walks when old enought to hold up head on own)- have 2 one for my car/ one for dhs car.

we are registering for 2. - a snap and go for when he is an infant up to 6-8 months i believe and then a chicco cortina travel stroller (lightweight) for beyond.
I may put an umbrella stroller on there, but not sure yet

I registered for the snap and go only. However, DH and I will buy the Jogger City Mini ourselves since neither BRU or BBB carries the color I want.

I guess you don't really. You can get one of those big travel systems so you can snap the infant seat into it, until the baby is big enough to use the regular part of the stroller.
The snap and go is lightweight and travels easily, it's just a frame and the infant seat snaps right into it.

I put reasons for mine.. just easier at different times to have different strollers. the travel one can get heavy and bulky to take in out of car.. especially when its pouring out. Snap and go is best but only lasts soo long.

I got a Metrolite travel system and it was amazing. DS is 19 months old and we finally have to retire the thing

I registered for the Double Snap-N-Go for when they are infants (and easier to bring them into daycare)....and also a MacClaren double stroller.

I have no idea why you would need to register for more than one. I have my Chicco Travel System and that's all and it's great. First, I wouldn't want to bother storing all those other strollers until I need them down the road. (I can always buy them myself when I need them) Second, since we want to try and get pregnant again sometime next year our children will be just 2 years apart and the reality is any stroller(s) I have now will be useless because I will need one that can take 2 kids at a time. So personally I didn't see the point in registering for more than one at this point in time but that's just me. To each his own.

1 stroller- the bugaboo Chameleon with the attahments to attach the infant carrier to it (makes it like a snap and go)

I want to get a nicer umbrella stroller, but I will wait until DS is a little older for that.
Who knows, maybe I will even need a double stroller by that point.

1 - I'm using a baby carrier the first 3 months. The baby will arrive in December and it will be too cold to go on strolls with the stroller anyway.
We are likely getting a MacClaren stroller that reclines when the baby is 3 months old. It will hopefully be the only stroller we need.

Same- 3- but we got a Jogger for long walks. It was great.
Hint for umbrella strollers- You will never use it if the handles are too short. Invest a bit in a stroller where you don't have to bend over to push it. My SIL never uses hers for this reason and is so jealous of mine with the really long handles.

i understand each stroller has different purpose - like the umbrella stroller good for short trips, mall, errands due to the lightweight, and a bigger more sturdier stroller for the long walks etc or the jogger
but honestly, i wouldnt want more than 2 strollers and i'll prob. end up with getting just one.
i've heard people say they have 6 /7 strollers and that seems just so absurd to me!
