What cycle day are you on?
I am on CD 9 and we started Deanna's Plan last night :), I want to incorporate Mucinex into the plan, when do you think I can start taking it???? I am going to start testing tomorrow for my  ...

Im not really sure when to start taking the Mucinex, I took Evening Primrose Oil to help increase my CM, it seemed to work this month. I am currently CD 19 & 3DPO and hoping!!

Best of luck!! Where did you buy the Primrose?? How do you calculate the DPO, is that the day after you get the , sorry if that is a stupid question, this is new to me.

I bought the Primrose at WalMart. Most grocery stores and WalMart carry it. You can only take it from the first day of your AF to O day and then stop taking it until AF the next month. I noticed an increase in my CM this month. The DPO starts the day after you O. I O'd friday so today is 3DPO for me. Once you get your smiley you ovulate 24-48 hours after. The CBE digital test are so much easier than the lines. Hope this helps.
Not a stupid question either, I was in your position 3 months ago, there are alot of things to know when TTC! I found that out!

I had my smiley on wednesday the 19th and ovulated 2 days later on friday (at least I had all the symptoms that I did), so saturday would qualify as 1DPO. I am hoping that AF(aunt flow) doesn't show on the 4th. When you get the smiley you should ovulate the next day or the day after. You shouldn't get a smiley on the day you ovulate.
Hopefully it doesn't take you long? How long have you beenTTC?

CD 1 and this month...no more OPKs no more Deanna's plan...we are going back to basics. I O the same time each month so we are going to save the $39.99
DH says that if he sees one more chart he's out...so I'll hide them

You shouldn't get a smiley on the day you ovulate.
Just wanted to say that you can get a smiley on the day you ovulate.
Most people will get 2 days of smileys. You can ovulate on the day of the 2nd smiley (+OPK) or the day after that.

ooooh ok, totally confused, that cleared it up for me!!! We are on month 2 but the first month was just BD I didn't do any research on anything!
