I used to live on Stony Brook Rd. when I went to SUNY SB! Memories 
not sure if she wants to rent to students (not the tidiest).. if she does, try to put up flyers on campus, it should go really fast. Good luck!

This is EXACTLY what we're looking to rent and the exact amount we'd like to spend. I would LOVE to rent this house! However, we cannot move until June 1st when our current lease is up
