December Mommies, anyone close to going????

Can you believe we're almost there...I have this weird feeling that I'm going to go early, my grandmother keeps saying the 17th, my grandfather actually weirdly predicted the exact date I was born to my mom, I was two weeks early according to the Dr's So I am putting a bit of stock into what grandma says...
Are you guys ready!!!!
The nursery is almost ready, I have a bunch of her stuff washed, packed away her coming home outfit...I still need to pack, but I'm wearing what I'm probably packing...We just need to get the carseat installed and I think we're good

I'm due 12/30 but I certainly hope I go WAYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY before then!

The baby furniture is being delivered tommorrow so we will finish setting up the nursery, I have to start washing the baby stuff, pack my bag and install the car seat too.

if I don't go into labor on my own I will be induced/get a c-section between Dec 5-8. yes that is 2 Fridays from now!!

i have the dr tuesday, at the appt after that (around the 2nd) i will see if im being induced early like we planned..
i have NONE OF THE ABOVE done lol
the nursery is painted..THATS IT..im gonna wash clothing next week, and my husband woke up this morning and said..."guess what today is?"
and i said, " um friday" he said "noooo, its pack your freakin bag Friday!!" lmao
needless to say, i went shopping and had a pedi, no bag packing..i will get everything together after my shower Sunday..
i still cant believe this is real..10 years ago i was holding my infant son..i never dreamed id be able to have another one

I am scheduled for a csection in less than 3 weeks.

Main thing we have to do is start washing clothing, none of htat is done yet b/c our dryer went. So we have to go get a new dryer this weekend as well.

I can't believe it's so close!

i am technically a jan. mommy - due jan 2 but i am 80% effaced and going back to the dr. tomorrow

I am due on December 27th but I spent about 6 hours in L& D on Monday with some pretty strong contractions. They gave me three shots of terbutaline to stop them. Since then they have only been mild so I am not sure when I will go. My luck I will end of going after my actual due date. But otherwise feeling well.
Hope all my fellow December Mommies to Be are doing well also. Let our final countdown begin......

I am due 2 weeks from Monday & as of my appt today I am only 1cm dilated. I hope this little one comes soon..... I am so done being pregnant. I decided today that I am not going back to work after Thanksgiving.

I am due in 2 1/2 weeks and I am so ready. 2 1/2 weeks ago I was 1 cm dilated. I have been having some good contractions (including tonight) but then they always stop I am so crampy and achey! I am hoping to go early. Next appt. is Tuesday!

I am due on December 14. Everyone keeps saying I will go early, like right after Thanksgiving.

I guess we will have to see. I'm still trying to get things done. Clothes are washed, but still need to pack hospital bag, put car seat in car.

If I don't go early... I hope I at least go on or very close to me EDD.

I'm one of the few people hoping NOT to go early--if I go into natural labor it will most likely KILL my back and my Drs. don't really want me in that position...

I'm scheduled for 12/12, but we are having an amnio on Monday to make sure s lungs are mature. This way if my back pain relapses to the awful mess it was last weekend, I can just go ahead and have the c-section whenever.

I'm really hoping I can hold out until 12/12, I actually really enjoy being pregnant other than the back pain

I am due on 12/24 and I had a dream that the baby was born on 12/10. I would be very happy with that, but i totally understand that I can go all the way to my due date. The uncertainty is KILLING me!

At my dr's appointment on Tues I was 1cm dilated and 80% effaced. I'm not sure if that's good or not...I think I could remain here for awhile. We'll see at my next appointment on Tues.

I am so done with being pregnant. I am in SO much pain I don't even know what sleep is anymore. I have the hardest time getting out of bed...my sciatic nerve and back are killing me. The pressure down there is unbareable and I feel gross with all the discharge that's coming out (sorry TMI). I never thought I'd be saying any of this...I had the BEST pregnancy but it's these last couple of weeks that have been torture.

Only 2wks 3d until my due date (Dec 9th).

As far as the nursery everything is all set and I washed the baby's clothes. I think I'm all set. I just need to put the car seat into the car and have it checked. Other then that I'm ready

I think I am close. I am due Dec 2, and as of Thurs, I was 1.5 dilated, 70% effaced and baby had dropped to -1. I have had a few contractions here and there. fingers crossed!!!

Due on the 27th here...Room is done I just have to hang the valances and some art work on the walls...we also need to put together the swing and bouncy seat and pack n play as we are using that as the bassinet!!!! In about an hour I am going shopping to come home and pack the hospital bag. And next weekend will be washing baby cloths/stuff weekend. So any time after 12/1 COME OUT !!!! I go back to the Doc on 12/1 for my first internal to see if I am dilated...oh I hope so!!! I want him to come early... my gut is 12/13 for some reason...oh i hope so!!!!

I am due December 6th (2 weeks from today) but I am thinking will go next week. Last appoinment didn't show anything happening.....OMG I am so close!!

I wouldn't be surprised if I went late. I just hope I have before New Year's. The nursery is painted, but we don't have anything else done. We also haven't moved into the house yet. The furniture won't be in until 3 days after my due date. My mom has virtually all of the baby items and will be washing the clothes and bedding soon.

I'm taking one more class and we still need to do the hospital tour. I also haven't picked a pediatrician yet. We plan to install the carseat and have it inspected sometime after Thanksgiving.

I have another sono on Tuesday b/c my fluid levels were borderline high. If everything is ok, I'll be able to go down to LI for Thanksgiving. I haven't had any internals yet. At my last sono 2 weeks ago, the baby was head down, but still high.

Good luck everyone! I can't believe we'll meet our babies soon.
