Help me choose how to announce!
So looks like DH and i will both be working for the chirstmas holiday but we really wanted all our family to find out on christmas since everyone will all be together (even with out us  ) so we decided that with eveyons gifts that were sending with our parents we would send a special card/announcement to each person/family to open with their gift! to announce our pregnanacy! so please help us pic which you like better!!

thats what dh and i both said. so i may try to create something on vista with the same concept but maybe a different pic?

go with your personalities....
if you guys are the funny, wacky ones - go for number 1. I perosnally LOVE IT!!!!!!!!!!!! it's totally dave & I - we're NOT the normal couple though...
if you guys are more tradtitional...then do number 2.
Like - my thinking is if we gave our parents number 2 - they'd be like, we were expecting something random and weird!

I agree. If you need help with it, feel free to FM me...
I like #1 because I don't think it's a cuter way of saying it. Maybe even put "Sometimes the best gifts come in the smallest packages."?

thats a great idea. i should have one! but i think i found something... let me upload.
We're the funny type so our imediate family would it expect that type of card so i think i might go with that one!!

I like #1 (idea) but the baby looks so scared!
Here are a few for ideas?
Orrrr what if you did cards like this...
and have everyone  then announce it on the inside?

i tried to use the ann geddes pics and when i upload them to vista it tells me that the resolution is too low for a clear pic!

I like the first one BUT... I'd put the picture inside..
Like "Guess what we're getting for Christmas?" on the outside - and then you open it and there is the sonogram picture and a big SURPRISE written over it/under it.
And you can sign it "John and Jane.. and Baby Spot" for people who aren't sure.

The first one is a cute idea but I would change the picture to a sonogram picture and change the wording. Just because the baby will not be here in time for Christmas so to me it sounds funny. JMO

That's what we did, we also couldn't get a time when everyone would be together, so we sent out a slideshow (it's in my profile) ours was more sappy than funny.
You could say something like "look what Santa left us" with the ultrasound pic, that way it doesn't sound like the baby should be here for Christmas.
