how much water did everyone drink in the beginning .... i cant seem to drink much.. what are we supposed to have?

Not sure on exact amt. but if your thirsty than your not drinking enough. Try squeezing some fresh lemon in it. That helps me get it down.

i try to drink 8 water bottles a day which are half a liter. i dont know how many ozs that is

Minimum of 64 ozs....

now at 27 weeks I usually drink 3-4 liters a day.... I get that thirsty.

During the first trimester when the nausea is so bad.... just drink what you can....

I would water down juices so I could still taste the flavor of teh juice but not take soooo many calories in.

I had an aversion to water the first trimester and this helped.

Trader Joes has an organic mango nectar juice which is super thick and rich 1 would put 1/4 of that in a glass an fill the rest with ice adn water and sip on that....

The juice helps to replenish electrolytes and you are getting your water and not a lot of other crap
