Can I get a break over here......PLEASE
So I'm finally starting to feel better...thank god. No more fever after yesterday afternoon.
So last night I stripped the bed and put on our warmer fuzzy sheets. Since I didn't have a fever anymore and wasn't going to have night sweats it was time to clean the sheets again.
So the bed is nice and clean. We shower before bed. I put on my pjamas and we go to sleep.
About an hour later I wake up to go to the bathroom and I'm freezing and my shirt is all well as are teh sheets below me......Oh hell... I have a fever again???
No.....No... I don't have a fever?? Oh my god I peed myself......No it doesn't smell like pee and my pants aren't wet....
what the heck????
DH rolls over..... "Why's the light on?"...........
Me, "I don't know my shirt is all wet and the bed is wet and I don't have a fever what the hell is going on?"
DH, (leans over and without hesitation lifts my shirt up) "Congrats, Your boobs work".....
"Good Night"..........(he rolls over and goes back to sleep like nothing happened)
I sit their in awe........I'm effing leaking????? ALREADY

That is actually a great thing!!!!! I am so jealous. With DS I barely had any milk and would have loved to be able to leak all over the place

LOVELY
Yep. Freaking Joy. Mine started then stopped and the last few days Im like a damn cow. Last night while making diner I had to change my shirt. I looked down and had these HUGE wet spots. DH just stares at it and points. I had no idea.

Agree with AP.. at least you know youll have an ample supply of BM if you plan on bfing. Youll see once the baby is born, how much of stress relief this will be. I had some milk supply production difficulty and very stressful when you really want to do it.
Just buy some pads and wear at night.

They aren't leaking now but are they going to keep leaking???? like on and off or was this just a test run???
I'm happy cause i'm planning on EBFing but I wasn't expecting to start leaking at 27 weeks!!.......

Mine started and then stopped. They BLAM leaking again. Its a hit or miss I think. I give up trying to figure my body out. It changes so often, its hard to keep up. Target sells great boobie pads for like $6 that stick in your bra.

If you put pressure on them, that may have made them leak. Sleeping on your side the one thats closer to the mattress will be pressed.

Hmmmmmm I guess I will have to go get me some Boobie pads today then....
I should make DH get them while he is on lunch with "the guys" for just rolling over after it happened last night......

oh wow, I had no idea either that this could happen before the baby. Is it common or does it typically happen around a certain week?? Just wondering if this is something I should prepare for while I'm sitting her at my desk in my office full of men...
