Did people...
I was at a b-day party last night and my eating habits have been a little off. I don't eat alot and when I am hungry I get "sick" full. So when they brought out the cake and dessert....I COULDN'T eat. Some people made comments and I got some strange looks. How do I handle these situations because I don't want people thinking that I am not taking care of

Just ignore them. Your DD will be just fine if you pass up cookies and cake.

I lost 13 lbs in my 1st trimester due to hyperemesis and didn't gain a lb until I was 6 mts pregnant. I was very thin and didn't even look pregnant until then.
My OBGYN was not concerned. Let people give you looks. You are not depriving your baby by not eating cake, trust me 
This will prepare you for all the judgement that comes with being a mom. You are doing great!!!

People gave you odd looks cause you didn't want to eat a piece of cake???
Honestly-- I think someone who does that is the same kind of person who tries to get someone on a diet to eat badly. People feel guilty eating sweets, and to see a pregnant woman declining "junk food" just probably makes them feel worse.
Don't let anyone peer-pressure you into eating anything you don't want to.
Now on the other hand, mmmmm cake!!

Thanks ladies - -I truely feel better. I just want to be a good mom---and when u have people say things, it's hard to convince yourself your doing everything you can to keep the baby safe. You girls rock
