too late for a nap?
My DD is 6 months and has not adjusted well to the time change. she goes to bed at 8 or 8:30 (normal) but is now waking up at 5:30 instead of 7!
could this be because she is napping from 5-6pm every night? is this too long?

When are her other naps? I'm thinking that you can put off the 5-6 nap and put her to bed between 6 and 7 (normal for that age). That MIGHT help her sleep later.

she naps in the morning usually from 9-10 then maybe around 1 or 2. Everyday is pretty different but she seems to always nap for an hour at night.
i would put her to bed earlier except DH doesn't get home some nights until 7 and i want him to see her during the week.
