Why did I give in to the King?
As in Burger King. I seriously think the last time I had it was high school. I had a chicken sandwich and fries for lunch and I still feel like I want to vomit.
Do I chance a step class and hope I don't puke all over the floor and other participants?

me personally, i wouldn't risk it...
For me - BK is direct deposit....i barely finish and i'm in the bathroom....BUT if that doesn't happen - WATCH OUT LATER.....that means bad, bad gas...
why did i just share that?

ugh....Burger King...I feel so bad for you! It makes me want to throw up just thinking about it....blah
I wouldnt chance a step class...
I gave in to taco bell....a few days ago..It was bad

well the good news is I made it through the class and feel better for going. The bad news is that I have killer gas now, lesson learned.
