25 weeks
And starting to really feel run down almost like i need to slow down with everything I do day to day....I also have to pee more frequently throught the day, I am assuming this is normal, anyone else feel or felt like this??

Yes! Everytime I stand up, I feel like my bladder is going to fall out! 
ETA: I'm 27 weeks and started feeling this way about 2 weeks ago.

Totally!!! I'm 26 weeks and started feeling like that exactly last week. I was feeling soooo good for a while and then all of a sudden it's like I hit a wall. I'm not sleepy tired, but physically my body is now way more tired and achy then I was the couple of weeks before. I guess it's just adjusting to getting bigger and the energy the baby is zapping from us. And yes, sometimes I feel like he's permanently perched on my bladder.

I am 24 weeks today and today I must have peed 5 or 6 times while at work, as opposed to my normal 2 or 3. I am definitely more tired and it is hard to walk around. My belly is getting heavy!
