Comebacks...
Here are some comebacks for those rude and unnecessary comments we get:
If you get: "WOW YOU'RE HUGE"...
COMEBACKS:
• "Yeah, but I'm going to lose 20 pounds in a day. What about you?"
• "Well, ya know, I'm growing a life. What have you done today?"
If you get: "WOW YOU'RE TINY"...
COMEBACKS:
• "I've decided to gain all of my pregnancy weight in my ***."
Hope you don't have to use any..but now you have some ammo! :)

lol thats what i would say if faced with that...
in terms of "wow, youre so big"...
i always say, "THANK YOU!!" With a big smile
and if someone says im carrying small which ive been getting lately...
i LIVE IT UP...lol

I don't have the nerve to say it either, but it's no less horrible than the comment. I need to wok on getting my skin to be thick enough to match what I know in my heart is wrong and what I think in my brain to say!

It's not really snarky enough, but I say it w/ a major 'tude
Or, to be honest, my response is either 'I don't care what you think' or 'I didn't ask for your opinion of my family' .......a little nastier I guess.

I totally feel ya. I like work, but also would like to stay home, I do part time just b/c the cost of daycare especially in a few months it will be 2 babies.. it wouldnt pay for me to work fulltime and do daycare.. either way DH and i are loosing money. Everyone has to do what works for them.

I haven't had the nerve to say that, of course.

feel free to pay my mortgage, car note, utilities, etc and I would love to stay home with my baby
I hate people
I had someone on here say that if you are going to leave your child in daycare, you should not be having a child
