HI there........................
I was told that if you eat a very high quality grade of tuna mercury is not that much of a problem....
the name is ventresca tuna and it is sold at like whole foods or trader jack or amazon.com
It is expensive but my doctor said not to eat any other kind during my pregnancy
I have to say I tried it and it was REALLY good... it didnt even taste like tuna
A little too expensive to have often maybe once every 2 months or so...
