Re: Sinuses.....
Unfortunately its quite normal. your mucous membranes swell when you are PG which can therefore contribute to sinus issues.
I've had a chronic runny/stuffy nose since I got PG.... We go throught TONS of tissues a week...

Same for me. Bad weather=bad sinuses. I use saline spray and a humidifier. It seems to help a bit.

OMG - YES! Mine are TERRIBLE. DH calls me Darth Vader because of the way I sound when I sleep!
Can anyone recommend a good humidifier? I had one and it leaked all over the place and DH wanted to kill me!
Thanks!!!

I got an inexpensive one at Target made by Vicks. It's a cool mist humidifier. Make sure it is kept clean to prevent bacteria or mold.

Re: Sinuses.....
I am also suffering with this! I feel your pain! I just try to keep my head elevated, regularly blow my nose, and use the neti pot once a week. It helps a little, but I think I just have to deal for the next few months.
