Is it safe to take tylenol?
I took two a few nights ago and I woke up with a splitting headache...would it be ok to take two today?

yeppers, tylenol is safe. I only take 1 pill though.

perfectly safe. While I try not to take anything, if I have a bad enough headache I'll take two regular strength Tylenol's or one extra strength.

Tylenol is safe. So is Baby Benedryl (in case u have an allergic reaction to something)..which I have had during this pregnancy.

I take 2 extra strength-my doc said it was fine :) I get migraines so I cant function w/o taking something!

my doc said i can take the regular amount - 2 pills.. she said just b/c youre preggo doesnt mean you have to cut the dosage... and regular strength..
