I believe at the end of the 12th week.
This website shows 12 weeks 6 days is the end of the first trimester. I find a lot of varying info though.

According to the pregnancy websites and books...since you're technically pregnant for 40 weeks...they seem to say you end your first trimester as you end week 13.
