Re: Where will or did you register?

I registered at BRU - I started with miltiple registries, trying to find where things were least expenisve, but decided it would be easier for everyone in the end to just have one.

Re: Where will or did you register?

I registered at BRU. It seemed to be the most convenient for friends and family and was also near me.

Re: Where will or did you register?

We registered at a small local boutique in CT for our furniture, stroller, car seats and custom bedding.

The rest is going on Amazon

I'm not a big fan of BRU and there is no BBB near me

Re: Where will or did you register?

I'm registering at BRU and PB Kids. I might also us an Amazon registry for a book list - instead of a regluar wishing well I'd like to start the babies library so I thought on Amazon at least I can create a list of books and they don't have to purchase from there but it will at least give them a good list to choose from. Amazon also has a great wood toy selection!

ETA - Anything I've done has been online. I've been in the store quickly to look at a few things but for the most part have worked out of the baby bargains book and the lists online and found that to be the easiest way to do it. I would go insane in the store I think.

I also meant to add that I found the whole process so overwhelming. I was at BRU with my sister this past weekend for 4 hours registering and STILL had to add stuff when I got home, because I had to get out of there after 4 hours. One store was enough for me!

Re: Where will or did you register?

I registered at 2 stores after finding out the baby's gender at 20 weeks.

BBB - registered for most items here
BRU - dislike their stinking return policy and lousy customer service but registered just in case BBB is not convenient for some

Babies-R-Us only. It's the most convenient for everyone (family in LI and NC).

Re: Where will or did you register?

i started off at BRU but then noticed they had alot more items that were more our style at BBB....i didn't register for the furniture or bedding because my parents are buying them. I didn't want to register at 2 places but i had a hard time finding clothing and bibs i liked at BRU...i felt that BBB had more trendy items...JMO....

Re: Where will or did you register?

I registered at BRU for most of my things.

I also registered at Target for my Pack N Play because I couldn't find one at BRU that I liked, some toys and some inexpensive items.

Re: Where will or did you register?

will be using BRU- it seems to be more convenient for people- and ill request gift receipts- and people would see at the shower if something was doubled-

i just think 1 place is easier so that when people go they could pick out the things needed first, where two places you might not get your critical things from one place..

same here. I also found that each store carried different patterns for certain things
