Uh-oh- I ate Swordfish!!
I am so bad this 2nd pregnancy. I totally forgot about swordfish as a no-no and I ate it two times this month--DH made it
did I cause serious damage?

Most practitioners generally recomend that you consume smaller amounts of dark meat fish such as swordfish, tuna fish adn mackrel because of the mercury levels. Most don't say to completely avoid it but not have it a lot since mercury levels can build up in teh body.
