JOB ??
I posted on here a few days about taking a job knowing your pregnant. Well I got a job offer but the position isn't open until January 5. I will be about 3 months along, should I wait and say something or say something now?

Honestly you are not obligated to disclose that informaiton.
The question you have to ask yourself is, is there a chance they won't hire me if I disclose it?
Since you're still pretty early, if they bring it up after your start, you can always say that you didn't know or wanted to make sure you're past 3 months before revealing that info. Most employees don't bring it up with their boss until they are past the 12 week 'safe' period anyway.
