Inspired by Charlie Brown (on right now)
The Great Pumpkin has made me nostalgic.
What are some of the things that you loved as a kid that you can't wait to do with your child??
For me-- I loved going to pick out my pumpkin for Halloween. My dad called me (and still does) Pumpkin, so he'd always say "Pumpkin's going to the pumpkin farm!".
I also loved loved watching The Wizard of Oz on TV-- it was a special event.
Other things are probably more girl-related-- like princessy stuff, dress up, arts and crafts and "putting on shows" for my family.

Watching "How the Grinch Stole Christmas" every December.
Renting a summer home in the Poconos for 2 weeks every July- I am def. keeping that tradition with my kids.
Going to family mass every Sunday

I can't wait to go pumpkin picking with my lil one too. I Love pumpkin picking!!!

My mom was a baker and even though I am not---I hope to try with DD. I never even knew that a loaf of bread came from a store until I was about 8. My mom used to make fresh bread every few days.

Can't wait to do so many things, I have always loved child like things such as amusement parks, Disney, nostalgic things such as pumpkin picking, decorating for holidays, etc.

Apple picking in the fall and getting hot cider and fresh cider donuts
The weekend after Thanksgiving we all go to a tree farm and cut down our Christmas tree.... I LOVE doing that
Making Christmas cookies
The first good snow of the year my parents would wake us up, bundle us and we woudl go outside and play in the snow!!! Sooo much fun!
Snowdays home from school playing outside until we were frozen and then coming in and having a warm bwol of soup and some hot chocolate by teh fire place
SOooo may traditions!
