I cant believe i am REALLY on here!
I am a FREQUENT poster in hiding (You know how it is)
I just got my BFP today!!!!!
Ok, lay it on me......What should I be doing/ not be doing in the next few week????
I am already on Prenatals.

Call your practitioner and make an appointment, don't be surprised if they don't see you until you are 8 weeks along.
In the meantime they can tell you what to stay away from medicationa nd food wise since there is NO master list and it varies from practitioner to practitioner.
DRINK LOTS OF WATER!!! It will help with the cramping.
Cramping after your BFP is very common!
Try and RELAX.... Enjoy!!
Happy and Healthy 9 months!

Make the appt- (usually 7 to 9 week mark)
take prenatals
DRINK LOTS OF water.
no hotdogs, no soft cheese(unless pasturized), limit caffeine( i cut it out all together). - deli meats need to be nuked

i agree with the other posters... drink lots of water, cut down or eliminate caffeine, stay away from sushi and undercooked meat.. stay away from certain types of fish such as swordfish, tuna..
in the meanwhile, eats lots of proteins and veggies!!
good luck and can't wait to find out the big reveal!
