Yogurt
Someone just mentioned to me that it is not good for a pregnant woman to eat too much yogurt. I have never heard this before, have you?

I eat it too....she said something about it supplying too much yeast to your body?!?! I dont know.

Yogurt actually helps with yeast which is why they tell you to eat it when you take antibiotics- (acidopholos) - The only thing I could think of is that the low fat yogurt has sugar substitutes and maybe they don't think you should eat the substitutes?

I eat it all the time and I have never heard of that and in fact when you have a yeast Infection they tell you to eat yogurt b/c it has acidopholus (sp?)
